- 1 tsp. tablespoons. tablespoons Flour
- 1 bag Chemical yeast
- 125 g Butter
- 150 g Dark chocolate
- 1 tsp. tablespoons. tablespoons Flour
- 150 g Powdered sugar
- 3 White chocolate bars
- 3 tsp. coffee Matcha tea
- 4 Eggs
- 5 cl Liquid cream
- 5 cl Milk
Instructions
- Separate the whites from the yolks of your eggs. Melt the butter.
- Beat the egg yolks and sugar with a mixer until the mixture turns white. Add the melted butter and milk while whisking, then the flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt.
- Whisk the egg whites until stiff. Add them to your dough by lifting the mass with a maryse. Divide the dough into 2 bowls.
- Melt the dark chocolate with the liquid cream in a double boiler. Add it to the dough of a salad bowl.
- Add 2 tsp. coffee of matcha tea to the second bowl of dough and mix.
- Butter and flour a cake tin. Pour in the matcha tea dough and then the chocolate dough on top.
- Place 3 white chocolate bars in the centre of the cake.
- Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes. Unmould, cut parts and sprinkle with a teaspoon of matcha tea.
